1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the TNID Internal Operations platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Internal Use Only

This Service is strictly for internal business use by authorized employees and contractors of TNID and its affiliated companies. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You must notify administrators immediately of any unauthorized access
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited
• Accounts are non-transferable

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for:

• Legitimate business purposes
• Managing tasks, projects, and workflows
• CRM and marketing activities
• Content creation and management
• Collaboration with team members

You agree NOT to:

• Access unauthorized data or systems
• Attempt to breach security measures
• Upload malicious code or content
• Harass or impersonate others
• Share confidential information externally
• Use the Service for personal purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. AI and Automation Features

The Service includes AI-powered features using Anthropic's Claude API:

• AI suggestions are provided as assistance only
• Users remain responsible for all content and decisions
• AI-generated content should be reviewed before use
• Task assignments by AI can be overridden

6. Data and Content

• All data entered into the Service remains property of TNID
• Users grant TNID license to use submitted content for Service operation
• Confidential information must be marked appropriately
• Users must not upload content that infringes third-party rights

7. Service Availability

While we strive for maximum uptime:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranty
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• Maintenance may require temporary downtime
• We reserve the right to modify features without notice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• TNID shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for user-generated content
• We are not liable for third-party service failures

9. Termination

Access may be terminated:

• Upon termination of employment or contract
• For violation of these terms
• For security reasons
• At the discretion of administrators

Upon termination, access will be revoked immediately and data may be retained per our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
